## Partial credit data
A report or score is **partial** when it covers only some of the bureaus your host sells — a bureau the user could not be enrolled with, or one that holds no file for them. We return what is available instead of failing the whole request, so your integration should render the bureaus present rather than assume every one is there.
Use this test user to exercise that path:

Enrollment, webhooks and endpoints are unchanged — only the data is short. The bureaus covered vary between calls, and a score and a report for the same user may differ, so don't assert on a fixed set.
**Equifax hosts** (`/users/efx-latest-report`, `/users/efx-latest-scores`) return all three provider views. A bureau with no data has `summary: null` and carries `errorCode` / `errorDescription` explaining why. Test `summary` for `null` to decide whether a bureau answered — empty account lists are not a reliable signal.
**Multi-bureau hosts** (`/users/latest-report`, `/users/latest-scores`) omit the bureau entirely — there is no key for it and no placeholder. Read `bureaus` (and `reportType` / `scoreType`, e.g. `2B`) to see what the response covers.
