Register the user's mobile device for push notifications, manage notification preferences, and trigger test pushes. Push is one of four delivery channels (alongside webhook, email, and SMS) for credit alerts and other notifications, supporting iOS (APNS) and Android (FCM).
**Authentication.** User access token. The token's user must match the resource owner.
