Run real-time **Offers IQ** decisions and look up past results. Each call submits consumer personal data plus a configured rule-set ID and returns an `APPROVED`/`DECLINED` decision with reason codes.
**Authentication.** Direct API host token (Bearer JWT obtained from `POST /direct/login`).
**Soft-pull.** Decisions are powered by a soft-pull credit lookup — the consumer's credit score is not affected.
