# Direct - Prefill Products

**Prefill Products** resolve a consumer's identity and postal address from minimal contact information — a phone number and/or email, optionally with a name. Use **Address Prefill** to look up matching records in real time, then **Data Prefill** to retrieve a saved result later by its transaction id.
**Authentication.** Direct API host token (Bearer JWT obtained from `POST /direct/login` with your API key and secret).
**Access.** The product is enabled per customer; if it isn't enabled for your account the endpoint returns `403`. Contact your account manager to turn it on.
**Hit vs. no-hit.** A successful lookup returns `200` either way: when records are found, `records` is populated; when none match, `records` is empty and `message` explains the no-hit. Both cases produce a `transactionId` you can use with Data Prefill.
