# Prefill Products Flow

Collect a consumer's data from minimal input. Send a few identifiers — such as a phone number and/or email — to a Prefill Product and get back the associated records, then retrieve the saved result later by its transaction id.

**Access.** Prefill Products are enabled per customer. Your account must have the relevant product turned on before these endpoints will respond — contact your account manager to enable it.

 - [POST /direct/login](https://crsintegration.redocly.app/client-spec/prefill-products-flow/login.md): Authenticates a customer host using API key and secret credentials, returning a JWT access token and a refresh token. The access token must be included as a Bearer token in the `Authorization` header
 - [POST /direct/address-prefill](https://crsintegration.redocly.app/client-spec/prefill-products-flow/unifiedreverse.md): Resolves a consumer's identity and postal address from minimal contact information. Send a phone number and/or email (optionally a first and last name) and receive the matching person + address record
 - [GET /direct/data-prefill/{transactionId}](https://crsintegration.redocly.app/client-spec/prefill-products-flow/gettransaction.md): Retrieves a previously returned Prefill result by its `transactionId`. Returns the same response body the original lookup produced. The result is scoped to the requesting host.
