Products

CRS bundles nine discrete products: real-time credit scores, full credit reports, change alerts, identity verification, score-improvement guidance (Score Up and Optimal Path), Offers IQ pre-screening, Prefill Products for collecting consumer data from minimal input, push notifications for end-user delivery, and the Customer Portal where your team operates the platform day-to-day. Products are enabled per host by the CRS team — let your account manager know which products you need and we activate them on your hosts.

Below, every product has a short reference card describing what it is, what it's for, and the per-host configuration options that control how it behaves. The "View endpoints →" link under each description jumps straight to the matching API section so you can see the request and response shapes for that product.

Credit Scores

What it is. A real-time credit score for a verified user, sourced from any of the three bureaus your host enables. All three bureaus return the VantageScore 3.0 model (range 300–850), so scores are directly comparable across them. Each call returns the user's current score plus the bureau-grade score factors that explain why the score is what it is, and you can pull up to 24 months of history to plot trends.

What it's for. Showing a user their score on a dashboard, tracking score movement over time so you can celebrate wins and proactively warn on drops, and feeding downstream products like Score Up and Optimal Path.

Configuration options.

  • Bureau coverage — we offer scores from all three bureaus: Equifax, TransUnion and Experian. Enable any combination per host — one bureau (1B), two (2B), or all three (3B) — and only the bureaus you enable are pulled. We also offer the Equifax 3B score, where Equifax alone returns merged tri-bureau data.
  • Partial enrollment — if one bureau declines a user, the others still complete and the user reads scores from those. A response can carry fewer bureaus than the host enables, so read the bureaus array rather than assuming a key is present.
  • Response format — each bureau returns its score in its own format, so a multi-bureau response has one entry per bureau rather than a single merged shape. A standard CRS format covering all three is coming soon. The Equifax 1B and 3B responses are unchanged.
  • Refresh cadence — weekly or monthly, set per host.
