| `SC150` | Score Up Failure | 400 | Score Up generation failed |
| `SC160` | Optimal Path Failure | 400 | Optimal Path generation failed |
| `SC161` | No Optimal Path Plan | 400 | No active Optimal Path plan for this user |
| `SC180` | Report Not Found | 400 | Stored credit report does not exist |
| `SC181` | Score Not Found | 400 | The bureau has no score for this enrollment |
| `SC320` | Service Unavailable | 503 | Credit-score service is unreachable |
| `SC1000` | Bureau authentication failed | 400 | Could not obtain or revoke a bureau API token |
| `SC1001` | Bureau user error | 400 | The bureau rejected the consumer record (see `details`) |
| `SC1002` | Bureau entitlement error | 400 | Product/entitlement could not be applied at the bureau |
| `SC1003` | Bureau credit data error | 400 | A bureau failed to return the score or report |
| `SC1004` | Bureau enrollment failed | 400 | Enrollment with a bureau was rejected |
| `SC1005` | User Identity Required | 400 | The user has no active enrollment with the requested bureau |
