## Features
**Export a Postman environment.** Generate a ready-to-use Postman environment file pre-populated with your host's API key, secret, and endpoint URLs — handy for quick API testing on your team.
**Manage your hosts.** A host is a deployment environment or product configuration. You may have one (e.g. *production*) or several (e.g. *production* + *staging*, or different brands). Per host you can:
- View configuration — API key, secret, feature flags, theme, logo.
- Update branding (theme color, logo) and the [Webhooks](/client-spec/webhooks) URL and credentials.
- Configure a **custom SMFA link** so the verification SMS uses your domain.
- Configure custom **success / error redirect pages** for after SMFA verification.
- View per-host usage and billing statistics.
- Close a host (closes all user accounts under it; requires name confirmation).

**Manage users.** Full visibility into your end users:
- Search by email or name, filter by enrollment status, account status, and date range.
- Inspect a user's enrollment status, feature flags, creation date, and activity.
- View the **user log** — a full audit trail of login attempts, identity steps, enrollment events, and webhook deliveries.
- **Close** a user (unenrolls them and closes the account).
- **Reset** a user back to unenrolled state so they can re-run identity verification.
- **Repair** a user with a broken enrollment by re-syncing with Equifax.
- **Pause** a user — temporarily stop credit monitoring; the user keeps their data but stops receiving alerts and refreshes.
- **Resume** a paused user — reactivate credit monitoring.

**Batch operations.** Act on many users at once:
- **Pause enrollments** — temporarily stop credit monitoring for a group of users (they keep their data but stop receiving alerts and refreshes).
- **Resume enrollments** — reactivate paused users.
- **Close accounts** — close multiple accounts in a single operation.

Batch jobs run in the background — see the [Queues](/client-spec/queues) section for how that processing works. Only one batch can run per host at a time.
**Monitor billing.** Track usage and costs:
- Total billing across all hosts.
- Per-host billing breakdown.
- Active-user counts and usage over today, last 7 / 30 / 90 days.

**Investigate identity verification.** When a user has trouble verifying:
- **DIT results** — trust-component scores and reason codes for the user's DIT check.
- **Identity monitor** — aggregate pass / fail rates across all your users by date range.
- **Prefill logs** — detailed logs for each Prefill + Onboarding attempt (prefill, OTP, onboarding outcomes).

**Configure Offers IQ.** If you use [Offers IQ](/client-spec/products#offers-iq):
- Create and configure products (decisioning rules).
- Manage rule sets — add / edit / activate / deactivate individual rules.
- Test products against demo data before going live.
- Review per-request audit logs.

**Monitor queues.** See the [Queues](/client-spec/queues) section for the full explanation of how batch operations are processed.
**Chat with the assistant.** A pink chat bubble in the **bottom-right corner** of every page opens an AI assistant. Ask questions in plain English about your hosts, users, enrollments, billing, or product features — it has read access to your account data and the product knowledge base, and answers inline. Each turn shows how many you have left of your daily allowance. Conversations live in the current browser session; refresh to start fresh.
