## What you'll see in the portal

- **Enrollment queue** — list of all paused, pending, or resumed users with their actor (was the action triggered by you, by Admin, or by a batch?), status, and any error message.
- **Unenrollment queue** — list of all users pending close, closed, or failed, with attempt counts and error history.
