# Using it

## Using it
Once installed, you don't call the MCP directly — you ask the AI in plain English and it picks the right tool. Examples:
- *"Use scoreapi to list my hosts in dev."*
- *"Show me the user with email `jane@example.com` on host `Production-Web` in prod."*
- *"What rule sets does my customer have configured?"*
- *"Pause enrollment for these 12 users in dev."*
- *"Show the last 50 Offers IQ requests for host X — which ones declined?"*

To see the full set of capabilities the MCP exposes, ask the AI:
> *"What scoreapi MCP tools are available, and what does each one do?"*

Tools follow the naming pattern `mcp__scoreapi__<tool_name>`. Disambiguate the environment in your prompt (*"in dev"*, *"in prod"*) when both sets of credentials are configured.
